Pricing FAQ

What counts as a "centre"?
A centre is one childcare centre, kinder or preschool with an active photo job in a given month. If you photograph 4 centres in March, March is billed for 4 centres. Quiet months cost less automatically.
Is it per user or per email account?
Neither. One subscription covers your whole company — every photographer, assistant and office admin, on as many devices as you like.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your 30-day trial includes everything, on unlimited centres. Before it ends, you add your company's payment details and pick a plan. If you don't continue, your account simply pauses — we don't delete your data straight away, and there's no lock-in contract.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans are month-to-month with no lock-in. Cancel whenever you like and you won't be billed for the next month.
Why is Pro cheaper per centre?
Volume. From 6 centres a month the rate drops to $15 per centre, with a $100 monthly minimum. A 10-centre month is $150 instead of $200.
Do add-ons cost more per centre?
No — add-ons are flat per company per month (except the Centre Portal, which is per centre because its value scales with the centres using it).
Is my data safe?
Your data lives in a secure cloud database hosted in Australia, isolated per company, with access controlled at the database level. See our Privacy Policy for details.
